We want you to be completely satisfied with your sun-protective apparel. If your Solbari items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn products with original tags within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your unworn, unwashed items with original packaging and tags into a shipping mailer.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
